Customers are allowed to open and check the package while the courier is present, as well as to choose between sizes and styles. Couriers will happily allow a couple of minutes for this.
We offer returns and exchanges on all regular-priced items. However, items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for returns; they can only be exchanged.
Returns must be requested within 7 business days from the delivery date, whereas exchange can be done up to 14 days.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected and approved for return.
